a coworker has a diamond round in a pave setting... with a ton of pave...
she wears it at work and got it covered in a spray glue.....

What can she do? Where can she take it?

the jeweler is probably going to leave it in some alcohol in a jar and stick the jar in an ultrasonic cleaner. yes, diamonds may fall off, but he should be able to put them back on.

Just about any jeweler will do this, frankly: many will do it for free, in hopes of engendering goodwill for future purchases, some will charge a nominal fee. If you don't have any local jewelers you trust, I've had fabulous experiences with ID Jewelry: they did their damnedest to restore a ring with burned stones for me, and got the best results possible under the circumstances. (And, hey, if you spot something you like while you're there - good prices!)

I did get Crazy Glue all over my ER once and it did finally come off - lots of soaking.
