IGEC Lab - Ever hear of them?

I asked a seller on ebay who get their gem certificates through. the answer I received back was that they use International Gemology of Earthscience Center or IGEC. Ever hear of them? found a page but its currently under construction.

I wish I could tell you that I heard of them, but if they're relatively new, and a new website, I would rather be safe than sorry, and go with a lab that I was familiar with.
