I believe the most expensive one (assuming all the 4 C's are exactly the same) is RB. Don't know about which fancy is more expensive than the other.

RB most, EC would be least. Not sure how the others could fall, but I suspect radiant, then princess, marquise, then pear?

Not counting uncommon or branded fancies, of course.
