Ideas on specific setting

I was wondering if anyone had a recomendation of where I might find a 14K white gold setting that has channel set diamonds on the sides. I am looking for something under $500 if possible and my girlfriend seems to perfer rings that have the center stone sitting near the ring (does that make sense? She doesn''t want one in which the diamond is extended out very far) Opinions would greatly be appriciated!

I would look at Ingwer settings. I think Jonathan has a bunch on his website too look at. Check the Ring thread & you'll see a setting by a poster named Gregg, channel set with a princess centre. I inquired about that same setting but with a round centre in 14K white gold & it will run you about $500-$600. Sidestones were about .24 or .26 total ct. wt. I believe though that a lot of different vendors can get this setting if you want to stay with a B&M but pricing might be better with an internet vendor.
