If you have time, I would greatly appreciate a simulation done on these specs if that is at all possible.

Thanks in advance,
Ryan

I want to state up front that im not an expert.
That said:
I havent seen one simulated picture that has came close to the real thing.
There are just too many variables that are not addressed by the limited information available on which to base the model.

If it were practical to get to do a very precise 3d scan of the diamond and every possible variable including light source, wavelenth, intensity, distance, and the variation in the ideal-scope itself, then add in the variations for the raw material itself and how it varies from the "controll", was addressed and with a couple years computing time a decent simulation might result.
Then again light has been known to do wierd stuff in crystals and the results might not even be close.

I forgot to add that the variation in the imaging device also has to be taken into account.

The few that I have seen were almost identical to the actual idealscope, so I was pretty impressed. Perhaps there is variation and I have yet to come across it. I wish I could find the exact pictures I am referring to. It's possible that people only post pics when the simulated and actual idealscopes are comparable.

There are unmeasured variables in most fancy cuts that preculde us from helping you.

Can't you just send me an deep red/black image of a princess cut diamond.

That would at least make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. LOL

Just kidding,
Thanks anyway.
