Ideal Scope source

Hi all,

I wasn't sure where to post this question, so I apologize if it is in the wrong place. I am attempting to purchase an ideal scope, but the standard store says that orders are not shipping until 3/10, and due to some holds I now have on a few diamonds, I would like to obtain as soon as possible. Does anyone know of any alternative sources for the device?

I think you can make your own.

Hopefully someone can tell you how... I'll look to see if I can find the directions for you.

Ok I was wrong. You can make a hearts viewer but not an idealscope. Sorry.

Maybe Gary will chime in... if he doesn't I can try to find him.

Hi Gypsy - I am located in Philadelphia, PA. Which apparently is less than an hour away from one reseller, but he is on vacation.

Huh. Any of these near you? https://www.pricescope.com/appraisers/pennsylvania you might want to call them and see if they have any extras they might be willing to sell you (you never know). Heck they could even mail them to you.

Christian DiCamillo is actually 5 blocks away from where I am sitting right now. Great idea, I will contact those appraisers close to me and see if they have extra that they would be willing to part with.

Edit: I suppose I would need the scope and the light source?

I have the light source for my ASET. But you can get away with a smart phone flashlight app and a trip to Micheals Craft store to get something clear you can rest the diamond on.
