ID Jewelry Rocks!

After wearing the ring for a time, I decided it needed a slight re-sizing, so I called Yekutiel. He said, "No problem, just come on it and we''ll get it to Vatache." Since it''s a bit of a trip for me to get to 47th Street, I asked if it could be done in one day and because of ID Jewelrey''s great relationship with Vatache, they accomodated this request. I dropped the ring off at 11 and was able to pick it up before 5!!! That is what I call service.

just curious, how did you get it appraised? i didn''t know that the jewelry store let you take the stone out of their store before even purchasing it

That was what was so great about this experience. Before I went back to ID Jewelery to view all three of the stones one more time, I researched independent, certified appraisers recommended on Pricescope who were nearby the store. I called the appraiser I choose to ask if it would be possible to appraise the stones I was considering that day and he said it was. After I decided I definitely wanted to purchase the stones, I told Yekutiel whom I wanted to appraise it, and he went with me to the appraiser with the stones and the certs. After my ring was complete, Robert and I took it back to the appraiser to make sure the stones in the ring were the ones I had purchased. I must say that made the experience much less stressful because the store had no idea whom I would take the stones to for the appraisal so I was confident that it would be a truly independent appraisal, not one connected to the store.
