I woke up this morning

When I was a kid my mom put the record of him singing it on when I couldn't sleep. It made me feel better then and today it made me feel a little better too.

We need to give our children a better world. I can't imagine how hard it must have been to be a parent to school age kids yesterday.

You reminded me of "Taxi" and "Man on the Moon". I loved the latter and loved Andy Kaufman in the former. Especially with his "wife". I know her but cannot remember her real name. (I mean the actress' name.) The day does feel a tad bit nicer.

Yes! I couldn't remember. I went to YouTube and watched several clips. I loved this one. (Simka-Carol Kane-wasn't in it.) Some of you may feel like watching it. It shows a flashback of Latka's talk with his mother as he makes the decision to leave home for America. The things they say about America are quite timely.
