I want to purchase these jewelry pieces. Good deals?

I''m a first time poster, looong-time lurker and I need some advice. I came across two jewelry pieces that I love and I''m wondering if I''m getting a good deal or not. Maybe some of the pricescope veterans can help me.

Here''s a picture of the first piece.

It''s a diamond pendant, 14K white gold, combination of round, baguette, and princess cut diamonds, 26 in all = 0.75 cttw., color J, clarity I3. The pendant measures 10.2mm wide x 10.2mm high and total gold weight is 1.4 grams. It also comes with a 14K white gold 18" box chain.
Cost: $450

Here''s the second piece, the matching earrings (Can''t have one without the other

) :

They''re diamond earrings, 14K white gold, consists of 12 rounds, 20 baguettes, and 8 princess cut diamonds which are all J color and I3 clarity, 1.00cttw. Total gold weight is 1.88 grams.
Cost: $400

My question is, is this a good deal or can I get it cheaper replicating it with the same specifications through a jeweller?

I think for I3 clarity diamonds I wouldn't even consider it. That is the exact picture of the pendant and earrings? I don't think so.

You may want to shop around a little more. The set is very pretty, but imagine really ugly black diamonds in place of those pretty ones in the picture.

The I3 may have some super noticeable black spots or cracks on the surface. If you even dare look at it through a loupe you will throw-up. I doubt there will be any brilliance/sparkle or even resemblence to a diamond. Now that you have the picture, I am sure someone can make a similar piece with higher quality diamonds.
