I think I found THE ONE, feedback?

Ok, so i''ve been searching consistantly for about a month now for the perfect diamond for me

, considering my small budget, and think i have finally found it. I have looked at so many, yet none of them really jumped out at me the way this one does. I want to have complete confidence since it is an online purchase and would love a few opinions, plus I am going to have to really justify the cost to my bf since he gets the ultimate say and its a few hundred more than what we were looking at. I don''t know much about princess cuts, but I do recall that others say they show color more than rounds. Does the H color concern you? Have you looked at:

This one is .58, nearly the same measurements as the one you are considiering, is ACA princess and is F/VS2. While you will see more marked on the the AGS, I don''t see anything in the 40x magnification. It is $1375, and with the PS discount and wire discounts, will be even less. It also scores:

Light Performance: 0
. Polish: Ideal
. Symmetry: Ideal

I am sure they will both be beautiful. I suppose it is really just a matter of if you would rather have the higher color or clarity. If you can't see the inclusions with the naked eye I propose getting the higher color. But in the end it is you has to wear it on your finger and I doubt anybody else is going to look at it and see either the H color or the VS2 clarity, so its really up to what makes you FEEL better, and which one makes your mind happier. I know an F would make me happier than a VVS1, but if you really like high clarity, I suspect its going to be beautiful!

If I had my choice I would go for the F as long as the inclusions aren''t visible to the naked eye. I think both stones would be beautiful. I''ll be anxious to see your finished jewelry.

Make sure to put the diamonds you post here on hold immediately (preferably before posting them!) because diamond stealers have been known to lurk on PS and steal diamonds right out from under people. Just an FYI!

As far as the diamond you posted, it looks beautiful. The diamond cinnamon posted looks great, too. I don''t think you can go wrong with either. Also, keep in mind that you don''t have to have a VVS diamond for it to be eyeclean. (I don''t know if clarity is important to you or if the diamond just happened to be VVS1 but I thought I''d point it out!) If you go down to VS2 you most likely won''t be able to see a thing. And it''s very possble get eyeclean SI1s and even SI2s, which would possibly allow you to get even more bang for your buck!

How do you reserve a stone? I did have one picked out before, called and talked to James at WF about it and then it was sold the next day so I’m back to looking.
It''s funny that you should mention the .58 ct cause I have that one saved in my wishlist as well. I have been going back and forth between the two already and do agree that the F would be better than the H. I’m assuming the size difference isn’t enough for the price increase. Thanks for the feedback everyone. I already have the setting picked out, just need to make a final decision on the stone soon.

You just need to ask the vendor to reserve it and they should do so.
