Any of you ever break your ankle?
It's kind of a long story but two days before thanksgiving I hit my foot on a metal desk.
There is raised spot that might be a piece of bone.
I went to the doctor who sent me to get x rayed.
Monday I get the results.
In the mean time he gave me pain medication but not enough to last until Monday.
So right now I'm in a lot of pain and I'm worried that this might really be a piece of bone the tendon running down the back of my leg pulled off (although it could be a concussion, I guess).
Whatever it is, the size hasn't changed, and the level of pain hasn't changed.
This is the kind of thing that worst case scenario considering the size of the piece of bone (if that's what it is) I read they don't do surgery on. I guess they just leave you with a piece of bone floating around. I can't tell you how exciting I am about that! I've never broken any bones in my life.
