I just bought majorca pearls :)

Wow What a discovery by accident. I found a dealer selling pearls and I was buying genuine Akoya pearls when I learned about these majorca pearls. I ordered the more expensive Akoya''s and the cheaper Majorca ones. Guess what! I wasted my money on the Akoya''s very disappointed and only to find out how gorgeous and I mean drop dead gorgeous the Majorca ones were.

Point does any of this really matter to anyone as long as they feel they have a beautiful piece of jewelry with either expensive dull real!!! or cheap gorgeous simulated.
Obvious I am not talking plastic pearls or glass gems but the faux jewelry in my opinion is sometimes better and way cheaper.

Anyone else feel this way?

I do absoultely!!! Sometimes it is more important how you wear it then what it cost you to wear it.

Yep
I love synthetic ruby and sapphire just as much as the mined ruby and sapphire.
Id take diamond over cz for rings but man made diamond would be great.
For necklaces cz is fine.
