I have a diamond, where do I buy my double halo?

Hello,

I have a 1.26 RB that's a family heirloom. I really want a double halo for it (in a cushion shape) with a split shank, I think, in platinum or palladium. I am allergic to white gold. Please help me find this if you know a place. They will need to be able to set it for me too. A lot of online retailers that have great settings seem to require that you buy the diamond from them or they won't sell you just the setting. My budget is $3,000 or less. I live in FL so if anyone knows of a local place that can set my stone that would be amazing too. Thank you!!

There are so many choice...most of them you would need to ship to... So many great choice...
