I had so much fun at work today!

Today we had a visit from Mark Rothstein, a world renowned jump roper and holder of a Guinness Book of Records title for jumping rope. He put on a show for the kids that encompassed physical fitness, healthy mind, and character building. It was awesome!!! I played, along with the kids, and everyone had a wonderful time!! I would recommend this program for any educator!! Check it out!
