Okay, well I'm just incredibly happy and excited and would like to share that with PS!


^pretty much what I look like.

Passed both school and state exam and now I'm a Real Estate Licensee in the state of Florida with a license number and everything!!! Wheeeeeee!

Tristan, I've already begun! I got myself an alternating marquise and round band just for getting the license. I'll buy a stone for every sale and end up with what will hopefully resemble 1/4th of Elizabeth Taylors Pear collection --gotta set the bar high!!

Before this, I was just going to college and changing my major monthly
I got into it because I just moved to Florida last month and I'm only continuing school in the fall. What to do with all that time?
Plus my dads been in the business for a while, so it's fun.

Legally, at least in FL, you can't work independently as a Sales Associate. Have to have an employing broker who takes part of your commission to be considered active. I just became active today--90/10 split with my broker, which is pretty awesome.
