I was looking for something over 0.8 ct, Ideal cut H&A, eye clean, and i thought that i would prefer maybe F color, but reading here i have come to understanding that very well cut stones can also be lower in color. My set my budget somewhere around 5000 (not strict) with the setting.

I already made a reservation, should i buy it look something else?

PS. I was considering between Whiteflash 6-prong knife edge tiffany style setting or Vatche, but it seems that the second one doesn't justify the double price... or what you think?

That will be a beautiful stone! What is your hesitation?

Based on the images that WF posted for this diamond, it looks to be a beautiful performer. But as your WF Expert Selection diamond is a GIA XXX, I quickly ran the HCA and AGA Cut Class tools - for HCA, it scores 1.4 Excellent and hits right on the white border line of the AGSO Ideal box; and it scores a 1A Total Grade score in the AGA Cut Class, receiving 1As in every single category. I think your diamond is a winner - what did your WF customer rep say about it?

No problems. Good price. Will be beautiful.

Thank you :) I just needed some confidence

Hi OP, you set out to find an Ideal cut H&A. Not to say your selection won't be beautiful, but I'd stick to the WF ACAs if I were you. There is a similarly sized H/VS2 about $100 less. If it's cut perfectly, it will be stunning and this size will be big enough!

This diamond is close to H&A and you won't be able to tell a difference unless you examine it very, very critically side by side w/ a diamond that is strictly H&A. Even then, I'm doubtful anyone but the best using a loupe could tell the difference. There is a very slight twist on one facet; without that twist, you'd probably be paying at least 5% more for the exact same diamond. Unless you are needing a "mind clean" H&A diamond, this is a perfect selection.

That idealscope is better than some ACA's I've seen - it's gonna be a stunner. The only reason it misses the grade is that it's graded by GIA and like teo said you can see that the pavillion main facet is slightly off on the 9 o' clock resulting in a shorter arrow, but this won't be discernible in real observation with this well cut a diamond.

I did finish my order so now fingers crossed, hope it will be a beautiful ring :)
The customer servise and eperience with Whiteflash has been amazing, thank you for recommending it here,
i will continue to do so. Big thanks to Brittany who was so patient, understanding and helpful ;)

I'll definately post pictures after the proposal.
