I didn't get my key code for HCA tool?

So I paid for 15 more HCA searches but it didn't give me the key code. When I returned to merchant after paying through PayPal there was no key code there like there usually is. It was blank. So I filled in my email hoping it would send the code to my email but I never received anything that way either. So I think I'm just out the $6.99 now or is there some way to contact someone about this? Has this happened to anyone else before?

Thank you! I did check my spam folder but I had not received anything. This is not the first time I purchased HCA codes, this is just the first time this glitch happened. Thank you for resending the code. I did receive that email!

If you're not a trade member, go into your profile and uncheck the Trade box. Then you should get 3 free uses of the HCA.

Jaz you did get it after I found you used a different email account.
You must use the one you created your account with.

This was a very long time ago. I have only ever used one email account. But yes I emailed Pricescope and someone helped get me a code.
