I color vs K color with medium Fluorescence

which one will look more white?

I color diamond -OR-
a K color diamond with medium blue Fluorescence -OR-
a J color with faint Fluorescence?

does the blue fluorescence really have big effect making a diamond more white?

No it does not. Fluorescence is only activated in the presence of UV light and not all lights will have that spectrum. Also medium is almost not visible in most conditions anyway.

The "I" color will be the whitest.
