I can’t stop looking at my new AV Heritage Emerald in David Klass setting.

Hi everyone. Just stopping by to share my very first moissanite.

I was looking for an emerald cut solitaire to switch up my original engagement ring (round brilliant) from time to time and decided that moissy was the way to go and easier on my pocketbook.

So I leap for joy when one came on the preloved market and none other than the beautiful @MamaBee.

I’m so ecstatic to share with you because this ring is so well cut and beautiful and worth every dollar coming from August Vintage. I know his moissy has quite a markup but man his stones are so well cut. Every single facet is crisp and clear and dances with every movement. I love it so much, I’m thinking of acquiring AVC next.

David Klass did a wonderful job with the setting as well.

@Buttercookies It makes me so happy that you love it. The reason why I cut the price so deeply in the beginning was because I love it so much... I was afraid I would pull it off again! I wanted someone to buy it quickly before I changed my mind again. I miss it terribly...Your photos are so much better than mine...I could never capture how pretty she is..I’m happy you have her now..

It's so beautiful. I have been eyeing these stones for a while but haven't pulled the trigger. When you look down at your hand does it look like a diamond to you? The emerald and asscher diamonds that I love have a very clear glassy/mirror like quality. I've never seen a moissanite in anything other than round.

Is that what you see with this stone or does it look a bit more, white to you?

Yes. When I look down at my hand, it looks like a diamond and it will fool most people. But in certain lighting, it has twice the fire and this is where it differs. I think to non diamond enthusiast, it looks like a diamond. To people who frequent diamond forum, they can tell especially when its large.

Maybe @MamaBee can chime in on this question when she had it.
