How sturdy are WF 3-prong martini earrings?

Hi! I have been lucky to receive a pair of "light" 3-prong martini set earrings, 0.8 tcw ACA's set in white gold from WF as a gift from DH. I was just wondering, since these are so delicate looking, has anyone ever had a problem with a prong coming lose? I would be really upset if I lost a stone! Since the backings are so tight, and removing them are a bit difficult ,would taking them off and on frequently loosen the prongs?

Properly set 3 prong settings are perfectly secure in an earring. I wouldn’t worry about it.
