I''m planning to send some items which I don''t wear to Pearlman''s for consignment, but my insurer Chubb here in Singapore wants to charge 5% for the transit insurance from Singapore to the USA. So for the S$40k or so worth of jewellery, I''d have to pay about S$2k. OUCH!
Anyone has any recommendation for another insurer which is cheaper but just as reliable as Chubb?
