How many other fora do you visit daily?

I visit and post on two other fora besides PS.
There is a third, but I don't visit it daily.

It is the sense of community that I cherish.

I've only met four of you but on the other fora I have met over 60 people in person over the last 10 years.
A couple have become really close friends.

Uh... four, I guess. Sometimes five but I don''t really check up on the fifth every day, more like every two-three days if my regular haunts happen to be slow.

I''ve met people from other corners of the Internet in person too. It''s always neat to meet people who share your interests, and only once has it felt the slightest bit weird.

who have you met on the forums?I think its very cool!I visit one other forum(a site dealing with time pieces and horology)alot.I used to visit several watch forums everyday but that was before I went back to school and had more free time.This is the only website i visit on a daily basis now.I would really enjoy meeting some of the people who are regulars on the pricescope forum!

Two - I guess...

I am a moderator on a forum so I obviously participate there and check it daily...

and I used to post on a message board but we''re all on facebook now - we have a group page there and we all post there and the message board has died. I''ve been friends with those girls since early 99. The facebook group is better than the message boards, everyone is forced to be themselves and all of the drama is just gone, we are having such a good time with it.

And this one... there are a couple of others I check occasionally but I don''t know anyone nor do they know me.

I met one of my 2 best friends online 9 years ago... she''s the friend in GA that has my dog and 2 cats - that''s a good friend!! I have another friend I met online that long ago that lives in SD and I go to her house every time I''m down there... it''s really like I met them somewhere and we''re real friends - where is irrelevant lol I''ve met about... 10 others? maybe 15.

never met anyone from here though... and probably won''t for at least another couple years lol

Zero. I used to post daily in a super active thread on a health magazine forum, but it slowly died out. It was a great bunch of girls who I really felt like I almost "knew" in a bizarre way. It was a great source of support for me especially when my FI was in Iraq for a year and I could share openly with them about how I was feeling...

Honestly, the time I spend here at PS is time I really should be spending doing a zillion other things - but am procrastinating...
Diamonds are much more fun than homework and errands!

There are two others that I visit daily, both about rabbits. One has a fantastic small group of regulars and I stick around for that. The other one doesn''t have nearly as much community, but I stick around because I can learn new things and help out new bunny owners with their questions. I also occasionally visit a horse forum, but I do that much less now that I''ve had to stop riding lessons and don''t have a horse.
