That is so cute. Do you already have the guitar? Fiddle around and see what you can figure out yourself since you have that skill with the piano and go from there. Since you can hear music like that you may be able to learn it in no time.Date: 12/16/2009 2:08:23 PM

Well frig. I can''t read music but I can play piano just by ear. I want to play/sing this song as a surprise to FI at our wedding.
Don''t get discouraged. It might come easier to you if you can play by ear...in fact, it probably will.Date: 12/16/2009 2:08:23 PM

i think that''s the best plan, that way you''ll start off with good hand position and technique which should make it easier and if you decide you love it and keep playing it''ll reduce the risk of potential injuries.Date: 12/16/2009 2:15:24 PM

Thanks guys! I''m going to try and find someone to give me lessons I think. I don''t have a guitar so I suppose I need to purchase one.
I don't think so. I have normal fingers. Well they are super long but not calloused. Should I start sanding them?Date: 12/16/2009 2:23:13 PM

i do have one question, are your left fingers calloused? if not they will get so fairly quickly but the higher strings may hurt a little at first
