How is this diamond for e-ring?

I've been doing quite a bit of research. A week back, I talked about how my girlfriend wanted a name brand but we both decided that it's best to put the money towards a home or vacation.

Anyways, original plan was $20k budget. Now, I'm only looking to spend $10-12k and I've lowered my grading to the following:

round-brilliant
1.5 carat (still want 1.5)
H-color (down from G color)
Excellent cut, symmetry, polish (GIA)
Atleast 1.8 or below on HCA scale

I found 1 diamond that match my criteria and it scores 1.0 on HCA. This will be going on a split-shank pave-style platinum.
