Hoping someone can give me some insight on a very unique piece

I hope this is appropriate to post here. I was hoping there might someone who can educate me a little on this piece. To me, it almost looks like a chinese piece meant for torists or maybe tibetan? it doesn't feel asian fashion to me, but I may be completely wrong. Thanks for taking your time, guys!

I’m hardly an expert, but the characters look Chinese to me. Characters symbolizing luck, prosperity, etc. - basically positive outcomes and futures - are (or were?) popular in Chinese culture. You might find one or more of the symbols in your necklace on this table.

These are Chinese characters. The middle character means happiness (double happiness which can be interpreted to a lot of happiness). The ones next to the middle mean longevity. Can't make out the end characters though.
