  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 large eggs
  • Butter or oil, for cooking

In shallow dish break up banana with fork into mush, add eggs and incorporate thoroughly.
Add other seasoning to taste.
Melt butter into frying pain med heat.
Pour into small pancakes if you want to be fancy or do what I do and just dump it in.
Allow to firmly set before flipping.
The only trick is to flip it at the right time and it may take a couple times to get perfect.

Serve with topping of your choice.
It goes great with maple syrups and pancake syrups or you can use fruit preserves or chocolate.
Advertised as serving 2 but really Serves 1 you can double or triple it as needed.

Thank you , @Karl_K . I am not much of a cook but this looks harmless enough:appl: I shall try it, maybe with chocolate topping:mrgreen2:

Mine has flour so not GF.

Just flour, milk and egg, salt and pepper for savoury ones, salt and a bit of sugar for sweet ones.

Practically the same recipe for pancakes as the one for Yorkshire puddings except the latter is a little bit thinner.

DK :))
