High quality pre-made settings in NYC

I'm thinking of buying a diamond from Whiteflash, but my girlfriend doesn't like the idea of choosing a setting without having seen it on her hand first. This means I probably can't have the stone set by Whiteflash, and also that it would have to be a pre-made setting available in a store.

Her taste is pretty "standard" (basic pave design in platinum) so it should be easy enough to find, but I realize that quality of pre-made settings vary.

Can anyone recommend a place in NYC offering high-quality pre-made settings who would be willing to set a stone purchased elsewhere?

Whiteflash carries many major brands so if you find a local jeweler who carries one of the brands WF carries, they can get that setting. Also, they would have access to stuller, adwar, and other brands that many jewelers stock (but general public is unaware of)
