I haven''t posted since November of 2003, so I thought I would re-introduce myself.

My name is Melissa, and I''m a 35-year-old SAHM who works from home for Wink answering customer service emails. I''m married to my high school sweetheart, and we have three children (ages 7, 5 and 1). We currently live in a rural community on a horse farm in NJ (yes, the land of shopping malls actually has FARMS!). I''ve been a diamond lover since age 8, and have worked in the past for a high end jeweler in Charlotte, NC. I think my favorite part of doing customer service in the sparkly industry is helping people make their dreams come true.

I''ve been lurking on and off since my grandmother died, and now that I finally got my password and username again (totally forgot it from lack of use, lol) I can start using it again.

Lol John! He''s a great boss, and Sheila is a doll. I''m actually no where near the office...they''re in Boise, and I''m in NJ. Computers and flat rate long distance are wonderful things.

Thanks, Jennifer. Its not the greatest shot, but I love the way my hubby looks in that shot. We actually took that picture of ourselves at my cousin''s wedding a few months ago. Speaking of weddings, our third anniversary is next wednesday!

Sometimes it seems like we''ve been married for at least 15 years (and I mean that in a good way). Our first kiss was March 11, 1988. After a few years, we took a 7 year hiatus from each other, and got back together. We like to joke around with people, saying "Oh, we wanted to be sure."

Now we''ve got three beautiful children, a wonderful marriage, and the kind of comfort and trust with each other that most people only attain after decades of marriage.

Melissa, nice meeting you. I had the pleasure of talking to Wink (for hours before Sheila put him on the egg timer) and Sheila when Wink made a beautiful diamond tennis bracelet for me, and had Richard Homer recut a sapphire for me. Hope to converse in cyberspace with you in the future.
