Just milled the wheat and baked these whole wheat sesame buns for our July 4th BBQ.
This time I tried adding half a cup of ground hulled millet seed instead of my usual ground flax seed.
We'll see how they taste.
It made a beautiful soft dough.
I am LOVING this baking thing!
