Four years in the making and the proposal was so simple: January 6th 2010 (He had been carrying the ring in his pocket for several days)
After having a truely awesome dinner we were walking to the car...help me I can't remember what we were discussing but as I turned to respond he was no longer walking next to me anymore. I of course wondered where the heck he went as I turned to my surprise he was on one knee with ring in hand!
"Juliette, I love you with all my heart and want to spend the rest of my life with you. Would you do me the honor of spending the rest of your life with me..."
After giggling uncontrollably like a complete dork (tears included) I replied:
"are you serious right now?!" "Yes I will" (my best friend told me later it was typical I would ruin a marriage proposal) LOL!
My mom had been acting funny for several days before and later told me he had asked her for my hand and asked her to approve of my Ering! makes sense now lol!

P.S. My hands are so dry it is not even funny!
