Help with Stone Selection

Looking at a rock for a great girl. Below are 2 stones and all the info, though limited, that I have on them. I am new to this so the numbers are correct but I may label them wrong. I was wondering your opinions on each and your thoughts on the value. I sincerely appreciate any help or comments. Thanks.

Rock 1:
Asscher cut
1.98 ct.

VS2
Dims: 7.45 X 7.24
Depth ? = 4.09
Asking: $12,400

Rock 2:
Asscher Cut
2.07 ct.
H
VS1
Depth? 5.06
Dims: 7.44 X 7.25

Rock #2!!
I am assuming they have GIA or AGS grading reports. For the difference in price go for the VS-1 and it is over 2 carats....there is more than likely very subtle differences between the two stones. Congrats on a great choice of cut style! Cindy
