Help with idendity

Hi can anyone identify who, where, when these hedgehog were made and if of any value.

Looks like Roman Numerals.

They were probably made somewhere in the British Isles, where both hedgehogs and hedgehog figurines are common. Since there’s no silver purity marking, they’re most likely either pewter or a silver-plated base metal.
