help with how to sell or where to sell

I have many rough diamonds all from a deceased relative, How wouldi go about getting these appraised? What about selling them? Maybe cutting them? They are in Tel Aviv.

Unless you have the Kimberly Process paper for these stones, no one would touch them in the US.
