Help with hallmark set

Hoping for some help IDing a set of hallmarks on a piece.
It's a charm featuring a caged set of dice in a style I've seen in some mid-century vintage pieces, and has the following hallmarks stamped on the base. I can't make out an assay office stamp, and the font and frame of the date letter doesn't seem to match existing ones/is inconsistent with the style of the piece. Does anyone recognize these, or does it seem like they may be a falsified franken-set?

The carat markings (9, .375) might be those used in London from 1932-1974: https://bi.hcpdts.com/reflowable/scrollableiframe/9780007385980.
