Hi all,
My girlfriend of 3 years and I have decided to take the plunge recently and we''ve made the rounds at the stores in person. I''ve decided to purchase the ring online, but I don''t know of many sites beyond bluenile, diamond.com, antiqueengagementrings.com, etc.
I know that 4000-5000 is my budget and I''d like a diamond between .75-1.0 carat. She likes round and oval cut, but is not a fan of princess cut. She also rarely wears jewelry, especially rings, and has relatively small fingers, so I''m looking for a band that is thinner with a higher set diamond that will be comfortable for her to wear. I don''t want a solitaire or a three-stone setting, but something more like what I''ve seen called a micro-pave setting? I''ve also decided that I don''t want any colored stones. She says that she likes antique-style rings, but I currently have a hard time distinguishing between different styles of antique rings.
I am very much a fan of this ring, but it is out of stock:

I''m hoping that someone has seen something similar or has suggestions based on my post. If you have any more questions
, just ask! Thanks everyone.
