Help with 2 carat H SI2 princess cut

I am new to this board but have been reading a lot of old threads to educate myself. I am looking to "upgrade" my center stone on my engagement ring to a 2 carat princess stone. I currently have a 1.51 F VS1 princess. I have been working with the jeweler my husband got my ring from. Descenza jewelers. I have 5,000 to use for the upgrade. The jeweler is saying that in my budget the best I can get is a 2.02 H SI2. They are selling it for 14,140. They will give me 10,400 for my stone. I want to make sure these prices sound right? I would be taking a big downgrade in color/clarity. I saw the stone. It is eye clean. I even had a hard time under the loop finding the inclusions until they told me where they were. So that's good. Looked pretty white too. I'm used to an icy stone but liked the bit of warmth it had. Here's a pic with my wedding band. They placed it in a solitaire setting so I could see it on. It would be going into my 3 stone setting

I have a princess cut engagement ring too. i would never trade it in for a different diamond because of the special meaning of it. My husband might not choose the best ring out there, but it is certainly the most beautiful and valuable to me. I would just buy a new ring, but that s just me.
