Help! Who makes this solitaire setting?

Hey, PS'ers! Anybody know who the designer of this ring is?

Is this a JBEG setting?? I think I can make out the "EG" in the inside of the ring...not quite sure though. If so, does anyone know if you can still order custom settings from them? I remember reading a while back that they were going to stop doing that.
