Help!! Trying to find a wedding band.

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to find a wedding band to go with my engagement ring. My fiance bought me a truth solitaire from Brian Gavin. Does anyone have any recommendations. I've looked at Tiffany's and I like the shared setting band with alternating diamond and round saphires. I'm not sure how this would look though with my engagement ring. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Have you looked at BrianGavin's site and their bands?? I have a bezel eternity band in rose gold that is all diamonds.(similar to first ring in second row ) It is LOVELY and as FI knows they are great to work with.

shopgirl, have you tried any bands on in person? I'd highly suggest doing so before you make any decisions. When I was looking for a wedding band, I loved the look of certain styles online, but once on my hand wasn't as crazy about them, and the reverse was true for other styles. I think the idea of an alternating sapphire and diamond band would be gorgeous, personally, and I'm sure BGD could make one to compliment the lovely engagement ring they made for you!

I have tried on some wedding bands and I'm really struggling to find something that goes with the tapered setting of my engagement ring. I have decided on an alternating diamond and sapphire band. The problem is that when I try them on at the store the rings that they have to try on are so much bigger then my finger that it is hard to tell if they are going to go well with my engagement ring or not.

I know it 's a waste of money, but why don't you buy a cz and silver band if you find it in your finger size?

Thank-you everyone for your help. I think that I have narrowed it down to three. I was hoping that you could help me make a choice. The ring will be in platinum and will have alternating blue sapphires and diamonds.

If I were paying and it was my real honest to goodness every day wedding band I would pick: channel set (but it is pricey!)

If it were to be one of many and the one I happened to have placed on my finger on my wedding day, money no object, no concerns about everyday wear or getting fat(ter) fingers: dream FULL eternity

My first choice would be the Dream Half Eternity, with the Channel Set a very close second.

Sorry Shopgirl2, somehow I assumed you wanted pink sapphires (I googled Tiffany's shared prong diamond sapphire band and the first picture I saw was the one with pink sapphires).
Anyway , my first choice is the half eternity band : bigger stones, substantial enough to be worn alone...but if you feel that spinning can bother you, go with the channel set.
