Help!! Trojan Virus!

Some how we have a trojan virus on our computer!!

I cannot get rid of it. I have tried spy sweeper, AntiVirus....

HELP!!!

I cant even post long enough before if kicks me off and makes a billion pages and pop ups!!

I thought we were covered with our Norton 360...but guess not!!

OH no wish i could help but i dunno much about getting rid of viruses and stuff

you may have to take it in to a professional if you don''t know anyone that can fix it! or maybe call the geek squad?

A virus cleaner that I used in the past worked very well. www.tinyurl.com/u8k3. It was an address given to me by Dell customer service support a few years ago, and cleaned up my pc very well. See if that works.

Absolutely use SuperAntiSpyware for now and then invest the few dollars in the professional version. It picks up EVERYTHING!
