Help someone clueless-- Princess Cut Differences?

I'm looking for a princess for my GF in the $4500-$5500 range-- if I'm looking at these, am I on the right track? There are too many numbers and I'm just not sure if there are rules or whether I can trust the descriptions on the site.

Out of the WF ones, I prefer the .984 ct. It is very bright and I like the facet patterns. The .952 ct is very beautiful too. Either one is a winner.

I can't say anything about the JA ones because I like having ASETs before making judgements.
