Help picking between 2 diamonds

I''ve narrowed down my diamond search to the following:

Both diamonds are in my price range and carat size. Which one should I purchase?

At first glance, I vote for the 1.21 G/SI1 for the following reasons:
- It''s an ACA, which means the cut is top notch ... can''t get much better
- It''s a higher color than the other one

I do have a concern about the black looking inclusion b/n 11:00 and 12:00 on the 40x mag picture. Since this inclusion is in the table, I would be certain to ask Whiteflash if this diamond is indeed eye-clean to your standards. Given that it is, I would say pick this one in a heartbeat!

If it is not, then the other is absolutely a viable option. It is incredibly clean due to the VS1 clarity and if you are not color sensitive then the color is not a problem for you. Additionally, it is a smidge bigger ... not anything you''d be able to notice, however, the carat weight is just that little bit more. Every carat or portion of counts, right?

I just called WF and they pointed me to another diamond that was similar.
