Help on choosing the right Diamond

Hello,

I need some advice on choosing the right diamond. I am looking for a 1.5 carat princess cut, F or G in color, SI1 for clarity and an excellent cut.

I have looked at several stores and compared the prices to online and it seems online is a lot cheaper.

I just had a couple questions:

1. What are the pros and cons of buying the diamond online?

2. Since AGS is the only company who certifies the cut of the diamond, what determines an ideal or excellent cut?

3. What is another good company that certifies diamonds, GIA?

4. What else should I look for besides the 4 C''s?
