Help on a princess cut diamond that im looking at

hey everyone. i''m new at this at this looks like the place to get a bit info and advice from others.
i''ve seen it a the shop, looks great, sparkles well. The diamond has a AGS lab report and the report was done on March 2006.

The diamond sounds great, and as you have seen it in person and loved it, it sounds definitely worth consideration! Check carefully that it is eyeclean to your standards by examining the diamond closely from each angle and in different lights if possible. I am not familiar with the Australian to US$ comparison for prices?

I figure 7700AUD is 5060USD. A GOG stone of roughly the same parameters is about 4800USD.

Looks like a fair price and the diamond is good. Good Luck.
