Help - need 3 stone, 1.5ct. each setting

Hi, I hope someone knows where I might start to find a standard (not bench made) setting/ring (I know that my terminology is not correct, please bear with me):

3 stones - each one is approx. 1.5ct. (4.5 tcw)
high cathedral setting (so that anniversary bands will fit on either side of this ring)
the middle stone is not set higher than the other two
white or platinum basket setting and prongs
yellow gold band, narrowing in towards the stones
standard size (6)

I''ve looked and looked and cannot find this combination.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Honestly, I would probably have something custom made that way you can get everything you want.

Agreed. Especially if the stones are not very similar in dimension.

Thritto. What you''re after will be very difficult, if not impossible, to find. Any particular reason you want a pre-made setting? It is generally not more expensive or time consuming than a stock piece (those are usually the two concerns people have about custom work).
