Help me to determine if the price is right

Hi,
I am shopping for an engagement ring. Tell me what do you think of this price.
The ring is TWC 1.2 the central stone is 1 carat I-J SI1-SI2 and the price is $4699.
Also, what do you think if the stone clarity and color? Any advice and help would be appreciated.
