Help me identify this ring

I found this ring at a second hand shop. I can't find a jeweler for this particular hallmark. The ring is 14k gold and natural diamond. I love it, but I'd like to find out a little about the history. Can anyone help me out? The hallmark is a simple arrow. it's a very clear solitaire surrounded by twelve smaller diamonds.
