help me find a dress!

Hey all you brides! I'm coming here because I know you all look at wedding gowns all the time, and I hope you can help me. My brother is getting married to a great woman and she's having trouble finding a gown that she likes. She's very particular and she wants a chiffon (type) material with NO beading or lace on it. She likes ruching and draping, and would like a halter neckline with a sheath type silhouette. We are having the hardest time finding a dress for her, as most dresses do have embellishment on them.

Since you all have most likely looked at A LOT of dresses online or otherwise, I hoped you might be able to give us some suggestions. Any help is truly appreciated!
