Help me figure out what to get for $500!

I am getting a $500 referral bonus from work for my new hire and I want to buy a piece of jewelry with it. But...I have no idea what to get! So, I'm hoping you all can throw some ideas my ways! I don't need anymore rings and I have a very small wrist, so bracelets need to be very small to fit me. That leaves me with a necklace/pendant or earrings. Please share your ideas!

I really think I'm leaning toward earrings at the moment. I have several pendants that I alternate daily, but only 2 pairs of earrings - my studs and my BGD titanium hoops.
