Help me decide between these 2 princess cuts

I'm driving myself crazy looking at so many rocks. I've narrowed my choices down to these 2. There's a big jump in price, just not sure which one is "better". A little help/opinions would be appreciated.

I am no gemologist, but for some reason I like the 1.238 stone. I like how it looks more "watery" looking in the facets. The other one is pretty too. Ask them to give them their opinion at whiteflash - they can see it in person.

I like the size, clarity and faceting better on the H VVS2. If there isn't much of a price difference, that'd be my choice.
