HELP me choose what type of spacer band?

I am looking for a very thin spacer band to fit between my engagement ring and my other stackable bands. Should I go with a thin platinum band or another diamond band? Ive attached photos of the two I’m deciding between.
I’ve also included a photo of my set which I change up with all kinds of different bands (picture attached also).

I prefer the plain band so the rings are well defined and you can see they are separate and distinct. But you can have fun mixing and matching them depending on your mood.
